MASTERYOU is a program operated by Franchise Media Collective LLC. In these Terms & Conditions, “MASTERYOU,” “FMC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Franchise Media Collective LLC and its MASTERYOU programs.By registering for MASTERYOU: The Transformational Summit, accepting a complimentary or sponsored registration, completing payment where applicable, or accessing the Summit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the FMC and MASTERYOU Privacy Notice.

1. Registration and Access

Your registration is for your individual use only.Your access link, login information, sessions, recordings and program materials may not be shared, transferred, resold, broadcast or used for group viewing, including watch parties, classrooms, offices or company presentations, without prior written permission from MASTERYOU.Each participant must register individually unless MASTERYOU has approved a group arrangement in writing.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and for having the internet connection, compatible device, browser and other technology needed to participate.MASTERYOU may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if registration credentials are shared or Summit content is accessed or distributed without authorization.

2. Payment, Complimentary Registrations, Cancellations and Rescheduling

Registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully received or, for a complimentary or sponsored registration, once MASTERYOU confirms the participant’s registration. Complimentary and sponsored registrations have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be resold or transferred without prior written permission from MASTERYOU.Where a registration fee has been paid, all registration fees are final and non-refundable, except if:MASTERYOU cancels the Summit and does not provide a comparable replacement program; orMASTERYOU reschedules the Summit to a date more than 90 days after the originally scheduled Summit date.If the Summit is rescheduled to a date within 90 days of the original date, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.Failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances or dissatisfaction with a particular speaker or session do not qualify for a refund.If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed or charged back, MASTERYOU may suspend or terminate access until the payment issue is resolved.

3. Program Changes

MASTERYOU may reasonably change the schedule, speakers, moderators, session topics, format, platform, timing or other elements of the Summit.Changes to speakers, programming, schedule, format or platform do not qualify for a refund.MASTERYOU does not guarantee the participation of any particular speaker or the availability of any particular session.If circumstances beyond MASTERYOU’s reasonable control affect the Summit, including speaker emergencies, severe weather, widespread technology failures, public-health events or failures of third-party platforms, MASTERYOU may postpone, reschedule, modify or replace portions of the program.

4. Recordings and Program Materials

MASTERYOU sessions may be recorded, photographed, transcribed, streamed or otherwise captured by MASTERYOU or its authorized partners.If you voluntarily participate using your camera or microphone, speak during a session, submit a question, post in a public chat or otherwise contribute to the Summit, your name, voice, image, likeness or comments may appear in official recordings, educational materials, recaps or promotional content.By participating in these ways, you give MASTERYOU permission to record, edit, reproduce and use those contributions in connection with the Summit, future MASTERYOU programs and related FMC communications, without additional compensation.Registration does not guarantee that recordings will be provided or that every session will be recorded. If recordings are made available, access may be limited to the period stated on the registration page or in participant communications.All recordings, presentations, slides, frameworks, graphics and program materials are owned by MASTERYOU, FMC, the applicable speaker or another authorized content owner.These materials are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.Attendees may not record, screen-record, photograph, download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or repurpose any portion of the Summit without prior written permission from MASTERYOU.Attendees may share brief, non-confidential observations about the Summit on social media but may not post recordings, full slides, substantial excerpts, private chats, breakout discussions or another participant’s personal information.

5. Participant Conduct and Confidentiality

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, organizers, sponsors and other attendees.Participants may not engage in harassment, threats, abusive behavior, disruption, impersonation, spam, unauthorized solicitation, credential sharing, unauthorized recording or conduct that interferes with another person’s privacy or participation.Participants may not collect, scrape, distribute or use attendee information for unsolicited marketing, recruiting, investment solicitation or sales outreach without permission.Breakout sessions and participant discussions may include personal, professional or commercially sensitive information. You may not record, publish, quote, attribute or disclose another participant’s personal or confidential information without that person’s permission.Although participants are required to respect confidentiality, MASTERYOU cannot guarantee that another participant will comply.MASTERYOU may remove a participant or suspend or terminate access, without refund, for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, credential sharing, unauthorized recording or distribution, misuse of participant information or another violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Educational Purposes

MASTERYOU provides educational information, ideas and professional perspectives.The Summit does not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, employment, medical or other professional advice.Nothing presented during the Summit constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy or a recommendation regarding any security, investment, financing opportunity or business transaction.MASTERYOU does not guarantee any specific career, business, financial, fundraising, investment or personal outcome.Participants are responsible for conducting their own research, consulting qualified advisers and making their own decisions.Views expressed by speakers, sponsors, moderators and participants are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of MASTERYOU or FMC.

7. Communications and Privacy

By registering, you agree to receive communications necessary to administer your registration and participation, including registration confirmations, payment confirmations where applicable, access instructions, schedule updates, reminders, security notices and customer-support communications.Where permitted by law, MASTERYOU may also send you information about future MASTERYOU programs, FMC events and related offerings.You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. You may still receive communications necessary to provide the Summit or administer your registration.Your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the FMC and MASTERYOU Privacy Notice, available at:[PRIVACY NOTICE LINK]MASTERYOU may use third-party providers for registration, payment processing, email, video conferencing, streaming, surveys, website hosting and other program operations. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.Unless otherwise disclosed or authorized, MASTERYOU will not provide your contact information to a speaker or sponsor for that party’s independent marketing purposes without your permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASTERYOU, Franchise Media Collective LLC, their affiliates, speakers, sponsors, employees, contractors and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from:Participation in or inability to access the Summit;Technology or platform interruptions;Use of information presented during the Summit;Actions or statements of speakers, sponsors or participants; orRelationships, decisions or transactions arising through Summit participation.MASTERYOU is not responsible for access problems caused by your internet service, device, browser, software or other technology.To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of MASTERYOU and FMC arising from your registration or participation will not exceed the amount paid for your registration, if any.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing Law and Electronic Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions or the Summit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.These Terms & Conditions, the registration page and the FMC and MASTERYOU Privacy Notice constitute the agreement between you and MASTERYOU regarding your registration and participation.By selecting “I Accept” in response to the registration question asking whether you accept the MASTERYOU Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, completing payment where applicable, accepting a complimentary or sponsored registration, or accessing the Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the FMC and MASTERYOU Privacy Notice.Electronic records, signatures and contracts generally may not be denied legal effect solely because they are electronic under Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.
